Gil Lotan, Adv.

Gil Lotan is a corporate lawyer specializing in commercial law, international transactions and financing, with over 25 years of experience. Mr. Lotan began his career as a lawyer at the Gornitzky & Co. law firm, specializing in commercial law. Amongst others, he was responsible for providing legal advice and ongoing representation of public and private companies, as well as complex litigation, securities public offerings and investment transactions, in Israel and abroad.

Following that, Mr. Lotan served as VP and General Counsel at Spacecom (TASE: SCC), a satellite communications company, managing complex international transactions with customers, suppliers, distributors, financiers, insurers and other business partners. Mr. Lotan also worked with various regulators and government agencies, such as Israel’s Ministry of Communications, Israel’s Securities Authority, the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and other government agencies.

Mr. Lotan holds an LL.B from Tel Aviv University and an MBA (cum laude) from the College of Management Academic Studies. Mr. Lotan earned his executive Master of Science in Finance from Zicklin School of Business, at Baruch College, New York.
