CRA (Clinical Research Associate)


Want to join our clinical team? We are looking for a Clinical Research Associate to join us!

Responsibilities

  • Prepare ethical submissions, study documents (protocols and informed consent forms) and investigator brochures for clinical studies.
  • Study management including preparation of study plans, budgetand clinical sites coordination.
  • Prepare monitoring plans and reports and perform monitoring visits.
  • Perform remote data monitoring.
  • Create presentations, SOPs and forms .
  • Evaluate clinical reports.
  • Perform training visits at clinical sites.

Requirements

  • Degree in Life Sciences, Nursing or Biomedical Engineering.
  • CRA certificate.
  • Two years of experience in CRA position; experience in medical devices – an advantage!
  • Knowledge of standards and regulation of clinical trials in Europe, USA and Israel.
  • Knowledge of computer systems for managing and reporting experiments (eCRF).
  • Ability to analyze data and write test reports.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills – in Hebrew and English.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel in Israel and abroad.

Accountant (part time position)


We are looking for an experienced accountant for a part time position to join us! (with an option to expend to full-time)

Responsibilities

  • Accounts Payable cycle management: record invoices, prepare payments, and reconciliations.
  • Process employee expense reports, international travel reports, credit card transactions, etc.
  • Month-end reconciliation work for bank accounts, credit cards, intercompany balances, employees and vendors.
  • Partner with an external bookkeeping team to ensure accurate, timely and complete accounting and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Certified Level 2 bookkeeper - type 3 is an advantage.
  • Reading and writing English abilities.
  • Technologically oriented with the ability to work in a start-up environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with bookkeeping software.

R&D Engineer


Want to join our R&D team? We are looking for a Engineer to join us!

Responsibilities:

  • Design devices, fixtures, measurement, and test systems as well as key components in an automated production line.
  • Full responsibility for design and implementation of mechanical, electrical and control systems.
  • Prepare specs, test protocols and test reports per ISO 13485.
  • Participate in conceptual design of future products.
  • Work with suppliers and subcontractors in Israel and abroad (including international travels as necessary).

Qualifications:

  • BSc in Mechanical / Aeronautical Engineering
  • 5+ years of proven experience in mechanical design of parts and assemblies that are manufactured using CNC machining/ sheet metal/metal die casting and plastic injection.
  • Demonstrated experience in the design and implementation of electromechanical systems, including mechanical design and programming of control systems.
  • Knowledge in raw materials, fasteners, finishing processes and coatings.
  • Full proficiency in SolidWorks.
  • Fluent English – Ability to write user manuals, operating procedures, and test reports.
  • Hands on – experience in assembling complex mechanical systems, soldering.
  • Strong analytical approach.
