Tzvika is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience leading operational strategy and execution in startups and growth-stage companies across Israel and the U.S. As COO of CorNeat Vision, Tzvika brings a unique blend of business acumen and operational expertise, driving organizational efficiency and supporting the company’s scale-up as it transitions from clinical success to global commercialization.
Tzvika has worked with a wide range of startups as a fractional COO and strategic advisor, helping companies implement scalable systems, streamline processes, and build high-performance teams. He is also the co-founder of COOperation, a professional community of over 400 operations executives, and actively mentors early-stage startups through leading Israeli accelerators.
He holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, and an MBA. At CorNeat, Tzvika oversees company operations,HR and Finance to ensure alignment with the company’s mission to restore sight and improve lives.
