Gilad Litvin, MD

Dr. Gilad Litvin brings with him abundant research, clinical and surgical experience coupled with a vast understanding of IP, pre-clinical and clinical product development, and regulatory compliance.

Dr. Litvin graduated from the Hebrew University's Faculty of Medicine and went on to complete his residency and a surgical retina fellowship at the Meir Medical Center in Kfar Saba. During his residency period Dr. Litvin completed three years of post-graduate studies in Ophthalmology at Tel Aviv University's School of Medicine.

Dr. Litvin drafted his first patent in 2011 for an implantable device for the treatment of glaucoma and has since submitted eight additional applications out of which five are granted in multiple territories.

Since co-founding CorNeat Vision at the end of 2015, Dr. Litvin serves as its Chairman and Chief Medical Officer while still finding time to see and operate on patients in a public clinic.
