Zev Schulhof, MD

Dr. Schulhof is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon at Mount Sinai Hospital. He is also a sought-after lecturer on topics such as Medical Emergencies in the Dental Office, Pain Control and Anxiety, Botox and Facial Fillers, Implants and Bone Grafting. Dr. Schulhof teaches hands-on training courses for MIS implants, the American Academy of Facial Cosmetics and on Medical Emergencies in the Dental Office. He is also the Medical Director of the MIS Biomaterials and Bone Grafting division. He publishes articles both nationally and internationally on a variety of topics. Dr. Schulhof continues to be involved in residency training while maintaining his busy private practice in Teaneck, NJ.

Dr. Schulhof holds two medical device patents and is passionate about utilizing cutting edge technology in his surgical practice. He is the Co-Founder of the American Academy of Facial Cosmetics and a Diplomate in the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

Dr. Schulhof has a dental degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He then received his medical degree from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York. Further on, he completed a General Surgery internship at Mount Sinai Hospital and continued his Oral & Maxillofacial surgical training, including a Chief Residency there.
